We have developed rich experience in investment, disposal and operation of distressed enterprises restructuring and M&A and successfully built a comprehensive industrial ecosystem. Based on this, we seek to deeply explore the opportunities in acquiring core valuable assets at discounted prices, which fall into liquidity crises or operational difficulties temperately and exit in diversified ways including spin-off sale or value-adding through operation.
